Ron Guild - Facility Manager

Ron is the Facility Manager of the Herb Brooks Training Center. He grew up playing hockey in Seattle, WA for Seattle Sno-King Amatuer Hockey. Ron went on to play Junior hockey for the St. Louis Sting and the Billings Bulls in the NAHL. From there Ron went on to play collegiate hockey for St. Olaf College where he earned All Conference honors as a sophmore in 2004. Ron has been training hockey players for over 5 years through private lessons and camps along with being with the Herb Brooks Training Center from the beginning.

Josh Oien: Facility Manager - Director of Off-Ice Development

Josh is the Facility Manager and Director of off-ice Development. He specializes in off-ice testing and training and has worked with hundreds of hockey players of all levels from Mites to Pro's. Josh believes in individualized testing, training, helping athletes' set and reach goals, and providing programs for each player to maximize their potential. The programs Josh creates are specific to each skater's level of athleticism, and they are periodized (in phases) according to the time frame each skater has to work with. Josh has a unique ability to test a player and accurately assess their strengths and weaknesses, and then develop a detailed plan to assist players in their overall development.

Sean Molin - Director of Hockey & On-Ice Devlopent

 Sean is the Director of Hockey at the Herb Brooks Training Center. He is from Roseville, MN where he played his youth and HIgh School hockey. Sean played collegiate hockey for the University of Bethel. The Herb Brooks Training Center is excited to bring Sean back on in a full-time position.

Chris Johnson - Trainer

Chris joined the Herb Brooks Training Center Staff this fall. He played High School Hockey for Elk River. He then went on to play collegiate hockey for the University of Connecticut. Chris brings a strong knowledge in off-ice strength training
